Born and raised in Germany, Boris moved to Australia in 1996, bringing with him a strong engineering foundation and a passion for building. With Experience in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, and Project Managment, Boris has over 30 years of industry expertise. As Managing Director of HYI Builders & Blended Designs, he plays a key role in delivering high-performing housing solutions. Boris’s extensive technical knowledge, combined with his eye for detail and practical design approach, ensures each project is both innovative and functional. He specialises in creating unique, affordable housing layouts that maximise space and appeal, especially in rooming accommodation and co-living environments. Known for his efficiency, Boris is committed to delivering builds on time without compromising on quality. His leadership continues to drive HYI Builders’ reputation for excellence, integrity, and smart housing solutions in today’s evolving property market.

Leisha Chapman is a seasoned property developer and dynamic business professional with a proven track record in small business management, finance, and strategic project delivery. As Managing Director of HYI Builders, Lunosa Developments, Caboolture Bookkeeping and the creator of an innovative HYBRID Housing solution, she brings deep expertise in subdivisions, rooming accommodation, and high-yield property development.

Leisha’s diverse background includes roles as a BAS Agent, Master Practitioner Coach, Project Manager, and start-up business strategist, giving her a unique ability to manage complex projects from concept through to completion. Her strengths lie in navigating compliance, financial oversight, and stakeholder coordination with precision and foresight.

With sharp attention to detail and a passion for efficient housing solutions, Leisha drives innovation across every HYI Builders project. Her commitment to delivering well-designed, high-performing developments ensures lasting value for both investors and the communities they serve.
